16 June 2018 - Help still needed for the Fayre

For the Fayre, the catering team need more cakes to cut up and sell in the Mission Hall and at the other catering outlets. if you can help by making some - or even just one, for everything helps - could you drop them off at the Mission Hall between 2 and 4 pm. on the Saturday 23 June, the day before the Fayre,.
Donations for all the village stalls are still gratefully accepted, especially paperback books. They should be taken along to the Mission Hall on Monday and Tuesday morning between10 and 11am. They will be gratefully received and passed on to the relevant stall holders.
David Langridge, the Fayre Committee Chairman, thanks you in anticipation for your help, as catering and the village stalls are the major contributors to the money raised for our supported charities. Chief amongst these this year is the DCH Cancer Unit, but many others benefit as well from what will undoubtedly be a great day
Oh yes, and if you can help on the day please contact Jez Cunningham (835811 or 07774 541301) or Dave Martin (836322) to assist the day before to help set up and on Monday 25 June to clear everything away.
