Stop Press on two Mission Hall Trust events
The cost of the Cream Teas in the Mission Hall Garden on Saturday 16 July has just been announced. Only a slight increase on last year, at £3.50 it represents excellent value, so drop in between 2.30 and 4 pm to experience this quintessential English event of scone, cream and jam enjoyed under a hot sun with a gazebo to provide shade and, of course, good company. A chance perhaps to discuss the result of the EU Referendum?
The date of the Village Picnic has been set for Sunday 21 August. No information yet on time or cost - or how to obtain tickets - but mark the date in your diary and when more information becomes available it will be circulated.
