Hello everyone,
The SP Society AGM is almost upon us – this coming Wednesday evening 27 April at the Mission Hall to be precise. The doors open at 6.30pm and our two guest speakers will begin at 7pm. At 7.45pm there will be a break for drinks and nibbles (or nibbles and drinks if you prefer) with the AGM proper starting at 8pm. Andy has prepared the attached information – the full agenda, the minutes of the last AGM, the Chair’s Report and the Treasurer’s Report - so you can be fully informed and raring to go even before the evening begins. There are two places available on the committee for the coming year so if you have a little time to spare and would like to help your fellow villagers then consider putting yourself forward for election.
I could never resist a nibble so I’ll see you there.
