The Sutton Poyntz Society has four main policy documents that define and constrain how it works:

• Society Constitution: defines aims and objectives, and how the Society is run;
• Data Protection Policy, created in June 2018 along with a Membership Form, so that the Society conforms with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations);
• Code of Conduct for Committee members and meetings, created in March 2018;
• Equal Opportunities Policy, created in September 2018.
